MlemGirove Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotions.
Delivery Coverage
Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Logistics (Amazon FBA). Delivery is available only to U.S. addresses that Amazon can serve for the item and destination. Some U.S. states, territories, rural areas, or other addresses may be unavailable. If Amazon cannot deliver to your address, the order cannot be completed and we will not charge a shipping fee.
Shipping Cost and Transit Time
Standard shipping is free on all eligible U.S. orders. Typical delivery time is 2–15 business days after shipment, depending on destination and Amazon carrier availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email tracking information. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow delivery status.
Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address, including apartment or unit information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at mlemgirove.service@outlook.com.
Shipping Problems
If a package is lost, damaged, or arrives incorrectly, contact us at mlemgirove.service@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for a lost package) so we can review the issue and provide assistance.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. We do not accept orders for destinations outside the United States.
