Service area
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
Fulfillment and delivery eligibility
Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Logistics (Amazon FBA). Delivery is available only when Amazon can serve the product and destination address. Availability can vary by product, state, territory, rural location, PO box or other address type. If the product or address is not eligible, we may be unable to complete the order.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. Any available shipping option and charge will be shown before the order is completed.
Delivery estimates
We do not publish a fixed processing or delivery window because availability depends on the product, destination and Amazon carrier capacity. When available, an estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout, in the order confirmation or with tracking information. All estimates are non-guaranteed and can change because of weather, carrier delays or events outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information associated with the order. Use the carrier tracking page for the latest delivery status.
Address accuracy
Provide a complete and accurate U.S. delivery address, including apartment or unit information. Delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may not be recoverable.
Order changes and cancellations
You may request a cancellation before the order ships. Once fulfillment or shipment has started, cancellation might not be possible. Contact mlemgirove@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Shipping problems
For a lost, damaged or incorrect delivery, contact mlemgirove@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery—or the expected delivery date for a lost package—with the order number and supporting photos or video where applicable. We will review the request and provide the applicable next step.
