How do I choose the right dog treadmill size?
Start with the published dog-weight guidance, then compare shoulder height, body length, the usable running surface, and your available space. See the dog treadmill Size Guide.
Is dog weight alone enough to choose Medium or Large?
Weight is the starting point: Small fits dogs under 40 lb, Medium fits 40–70 lb, and Large fits dogs 70 lb and up. If your dog is near 40 lb or 70 lb, compare shoulder height, body length, and the usable running surface in the model selection guide.
Do I need to supervise every treadmill session?
Yes. Supervise every session, introduce the treadmill gradually with positive reinforcement, and use it alongside normal walks, play, and training. Review the stop-use guidance.
How long does assembly take and where are the instructions?
Estimated assembly is about 5 minutes for Small with one person, about 30 minutes for Medium, and about 35 minutes for Large with one or two people. Open the manuals and installation videos.
How often should I clean and inspect the treadmill?
Inspect the treadmill before every use and remove visible hair, mud, sand, and debris after use. For normal use, complete a more thorough cleaning about every two weeks to once a month. See maintenance instructions.
What should I do if the belt drifts or becomes difficult to move?
Remove the dog, check for debris, brake status, belt misalignment, and roller binding, and make only small adjustments allowed by the model instructions. Use the troubleshooting table.
When should I stop using the treadmill immediately?
Stop use for structural damage, a cracked or detached slat, severe misalignment, roller or brake failure, an unsafe attachment point, sudden resistance, or serious instability. Also stop if the dog shows pain, limping, fear, loss of coordination, exhaustion, or refusal. Read the full stop-use list.

How do 30-day return requests work?
Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery in the United States, subject to the published return conditions. Read the Return Policy before sending a product.
What does the warranty cover and how do I receive the additional 180 days?
The limited warranty lasts one year from delivery for confirmed material or manufacturing defects. Successful product registration adds 180 days; coverage and remedies remain subject to claim review. Review the terms and registration link under Warranty and registration.
