MlemGirove Return and Refund Policy
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
Non-Quality Returns
For a return that is not caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Because we offer free shipping on eligible U.S. orders, any refund will be for the eligible product amount after the returned item is received and approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at mlemgirove.service@outlook.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos. If approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
Contact mlemgirove.service@outlook.com before sending anything back. We will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address. Do not ship an item to an address without receiving our instructions first.
Inspection and Refund Timing
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and email you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Condition and Deductions
Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or without the original packaging may be refused or may receive a partial refund based on the condition and missing components.
Return Exceptions
Returns requested after 30 days, or items that cannot be resold because of use or damage unrelated to transit, may not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the order ships by contacting mlemgirove.service@outlook.com. After shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
