Questions

Quick answers

Is it hard to assemble?

Estimated assembly time is about 5 minutes for Small with 1 person, about 30 minutes for Medium with 1–2 people, and about 35 minutes for Large with 1–2 people.

What's the shipping, return & warranty policy?

Eligible U.S. orders are fulfilled through Amazon, with free standard shipping where Amazon can serve the product and address. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and eligibility conditions apply. For warranty eligibility or return instructions, email mlemgirove@gmail.com.

How do I choose the right size before I assemble it?

Match your dog's weight and shoulder height to the size table on our Size Guide page. The track should let your dog hit a full, natural stride — when between sizes, size up. You can also email us your dog's breed and weight for a recommendation.

Is it noisy? Will it disturb the house or neighbors?

The Slatmill has no motor, but the moving running surface and your dog's stride still create sound. Actual noise varies by dog, pace, floor and room. Place it on a stable surface and avoid promising apartment or neighbor-level quietness.

Do I need to supervise my dog while training?

Yes — always supervise every session, especially the first few runs while your dog learns the pace. Introduce training gradually alongside regular walks and play.
