• Confirm the frame is stable and every support foot contacts the ground.
• Check that bolts, nuts, connection points, guard rails, and crossbars are secure.
• Inspect the belt and slats for cracks, deformation, detachment, or severe side drift.
• Move the belt by hand and check the rollers, brake, safety chain, clips, and attachment points.
• Clear hair, stones, sand, and other debris from the treadmill and surrounding area.

Remove visible hair, dust, sand, mud, and debris after use. Use a dry or damp cloth, clean water, or a mild neutral detergent. Focus on slat gaps, the running-belt area, rollers, frame, and collection points.

Do not use strong acidic or alkaline cleaners, bleach, gasoline, corrosive solvents, wire brushes, or tools that can damage the surface. After rinsing, let the treadmill dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area before use.

For normal use, complete a more thorough cleaning about every two weeks to once a month. Clean more often after outdoor use or in dirty conditions.

Inspect frame connections, front and rear supports, roller mounts, brake assembly, safety-chain points, guard rails, and crossbars. Tighten a loose fastener only with a correctly fitting tool and do not overtighten. Contact Support if a fastener repeatedly loosens, cannot be secured, or has damaged threads.

Remove the dog, clear debris, inspect the slats, and confirm the treadmill is level. Move the belt slowly by hand to observe drift. If the model instructions permit adjustment, make a small adjustment at the appropriate left or right point, then test by hand again. Do not make a large adjustment at once.

A loose belt may sag, jump, move unevenly, or shift sideways. A tight belt may be difficult to move and increase roller resistance or rubbing noise. Keep both sides balanced, make only small adjustments allowed by the model instructions, and test by hand after each change. Do not overtighten.

Check for smooth rotation, visible wobble, wrapped hair or string, rubbing, binding, or increased resistance. Stop using the treadmill if a roller is jammed, visibly tilted, severely loose, or continues to make abnormal noise. Do not disassemble rollers or bearings unless the official model instructions specifically authorize it.

Lubrication depends on the model. Use only an officially recommended method and lubricant. Do not independently apply lubricant to rollers, bearings, the brake, slat connections, or other moving parts. Check for debris or structural problems first and contact Support if the problem remains.

Confirm the brake assembly is secure, the control moves normally, the brake is not stuck, and the belt moves normally after release. Stop using the treadmill if the brake cannot be released, rubs continuously, creates abnormal resistance, or has loose or damaged parts.

Inspect the chain, clips, and intended attachment points for cracks, severe bends, wear, or damage. Leave reasonable movement space without allowing the chain to reach the belt or moving parts. Replace damaged components before further use.

Store the clean, dry treadmill in a well-ventilated area on a level surface where children cannot operate it without supervision. Follow model instructions before folding. Because the treadmill is heavy, use two or more adults when moving it.
